Orbit Dock Pro speeds up your workflow by bringing the items you use most together in Orbit Dock, which opens right where you are working. Launch any item with a single click, and add new ones by dragging them from anywhere on your Mac or through the file picker.

Point and go beats scroll and hunt

The macOS Dock and the menu bar stay at the edges of the screen, so every launch starts with a trip there. Orbit Dock comes to you instead. Open it with the keyboard shortcut you choose, or turn on Hands-Free and move the cursor to the top, left or right edge of the screen. No keys needed.

Profiles for every workflow

Create separate layouts for design, coding or everyday use, each with its own apps, files and folders. Give every profile its own shortcut, or scroll while Orbit Dock is open to move between them. Running apps are marked with a small dot, and a separate shortcut shows every open app at once.

Preview first, then open

Select an item and press the Space bar to preview it with Quick Look, then press Return to open it. Click the Orbit Dock Center to open Finder, Settings or any folder, app or file you choose. Running apps can be quit by right-clicking them, without leaving your work.

Fully customizable look

Adjust the size of Orbit Dock, its color palette, highlights, borders and animations to your taste. Enjoy the modern Liquid Glass effects of macOS Tahoe 26 and later, or the frosted glass look on earlier versions. Pick how Orbit Dock opens, how the highlight moves and how profiles switch, or turn motion off for an interface that responds instantly.

Your data stays yours

All your data is stored locally on your Mac. Orbit Dock Pro needs no account and no internet connection, and it contains no ads or user tracking tools. You can export your profiles and settings and import them again whenever you like.

Pricing and requirements

Orbit Dock Pro is a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase: buy it once and it is yours. It requires macOS 14 or later and runs smoothly on Macs with Apple silicon and Intel processors.
